Can you answer my knitting query?
For technical knitting questions, we recommend you look at the Tutorial Videos we have provided in the Knitting Techniques section of the website. YouTube is a great place to go for knitting technical assistance.
If you believe your question relates specifically to a pattern that is not clear or which may have an error, please send us an email or send your question in writing by mail. We only accept knitting queries in writing to yarn@josharp.com. Our pattern response consultant works for us on Wed, Thur and Fri each week. Your email will be responded to at the earliest possible time.
I think the pattern I am knitting has an error.
All our pattern corrections are listed on the website. Pattern corrections are updated regularly. If you find an error that is not listed on the site we would appreciate knowing this so that we can add it. If you are not sure you may email your question to us at yarn@josharp.com for a response within 3 working days (WST Australia).
