Facebook Policy
We have recently entered the world of social networking as a way to let more people know about the Jo Sharp hand knitting collection. As we are new to this we ask for your patience and consideration as we learn the functions and develop systems to keep you updated with inspiring designs, new products and sale information. Please also be considerate of others using the space and keep postings light and friendly. We will moderate the postings to edit harassment or irrelevant material. Product or service related concerns which require a detailed response such as pattern corrections, product faults, delivery delays or service issues should be emailed to yarn@josharp.com.

Discount policy
From time to time we offer free or discounted products. To avoid disappointment please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or discounted prices on products purchased outside of a nominated sale period. Therefore, if you purchase a product from us, which is later offered at a discount or offered for free, we will not be able subsequently to refund your money. This policy applies also where full price products such as patterns are later discounted or made available as a free offering.
