F.A.Q's

1. Want to add to your order?
We are unable to add an item to an order that is already placed within our system.
If you need to add an item, you will need to place a new order. Thank you.

2. Want to know when an out-of-stock item will be re-stocked?
All shades are re-stocked monthly arriving in our warehouse on the last Monday of the month. If you are waiting fo a particular shade, please check the availability by attempting an order on the last Monday of the month, or soon after.

3. Incorrect information on yarn label
Some of our Silkroad DK Tweed labels were incorrectly printed with the wrong needle size.
The correct needle size is 4.00mm (some bands indicate 5.00mm).

4. Discount Pricing
Yarns sell quickly in a sale as there are limited quantities available.
We are unable to provide yarn at the discounted price after it is sold out.
If you have purchased full price yarn prior to a sale, we cannot reimburse you for the sale price difference.

5. Colour assistance, knitting problems and technical assistance.
If you would like to arrange a consultation with our knitting consultant, Deborah Mackay, please email Deborah demackay@bigpond.com
Deborah's fees are $30.00 per hour (minimum 20 minutes ~ $10)
